We are an established recruitment business specialising in the placement of Sales and Executive level candidates into roles within large electronics brands, distributors and systems integrators. We are expanding and a new role is available for a well organised and experienced Administrator. As an Administrator you are responsible for supporting the MD and Recruitment Consultant, helping to improve our systems and processes so we can grow the company.

Responsibilities
The role includes the activities below, this is not exhaustive as the role will evolve as the company grows.

Administration

– Supporting the MD and recruitment consultant with day to day administrative tasks
– Maintain existing recruitment documents and keep organized systems
– Contribute ideas on how we can improve our organization and systems and drive these projects
– Review our costs and ROI with suppliers
– Maintain relationships with suppliers
– Client and candidate communications such as Terms of Business and requests for information
– Create job adverts from client job specifications
– Publish job adverts onto various job boards, social media platforms and online channels
– Manage cloud database Chameleon-i and ensure the CRM is utilized to full capacity and staff are trained on any amendments or changes to the platform
– Manage enquiries inbox responding to candidates or forwarding CVs to the relevant consultants
– Manage vacancies on our website and Chameleon-i ensuring both are updated monthly and old jobs are closed off accordingly
– Manage any PR and social media requirements (via our PR agency)
– Book meetings and trade shows
– Managing the MD`s diary, booking travel, exhibitions
– To manage MD`s Linked In profile adding contacts weekly
– To complete business presentations as required
– To complete proposal documents following client visits
– Project work as requested by MD
– Maintain some elements of our social media (depending on your skillset)

Reporting

– Complete weekly branch reports by utilizing Chameleon-I, Recruitive and Excel spreadsheets to compile information and circulate to the team
– Complete full and detailed monthly reports on Excel to include all branch activity and ratios
– To generate reports via Recruitive to review performance of job adverts
– To complete Business X Ray quarterly to review branch performance
– Adhoc reporting as required
